Plans and their limits

Three plans. What your studio is allowed to do depends on nothing else.

Prices are on the home page, and your studio's subscription screen shows exactly the plans that are actually enforced.

How orders are counted

Per calendar month, resetting on the 1st. Not on your billing date, because a studio on Free has no billing date and that would mean two rules and two explanations.

Finished orders count. What is limited is opening jobs, not holding them open.

The limit applies to orders your clients open from your public catalogue too. When it is reached, the client sees a message that blames them for nothing and tells them nothing about what you pay: none of it is their doing.

How seats are counted

Pending invitations hold a seat, for the reason set out in "Invite a colleague".

Storage

Everything your studio occupies: files uploaded by your clients, your deliveries' files, your conversations' attachments, your public page's images.

When it is full an upload is refused, with a message telling you where to go and make room: the My files page lists everything, heaviest first, and lets you delete.

A delivery's links cost nothing, which is a good reason to hand a large video over as a link.

A rule you will never see

A feature nobody wrote down anywhere is unlimited, never forbidden. That is deliberate: the other way round, one line missing from a configuration would lock everybody out of their own account.

When you reach a limit

The button stays. It is disabled, with the sentence explaining why, in the place you were already looking.

A control that has quietly vanished reads as a missing feature, and a studio on a one-person plan is one plan away from inviting somebody rather than incapable of it.

If you change plan

Your studio does not change in any other way. The limits move and nothing else: no migration, no loss, nothing to redo.

And if you are on a plan that is no longer offered, you keep it exactly as it is. A plan withdrawn from the catalogue goes on applying to the people already on it, with the same limits as on the day they subscribed.
