Manage your subscription

Subscribing, changing plan, updating your card, getting your invoices, and stopping.

Everything happens from Studio settings → Subscription.

Kalepio never sees your card

Subscribing sends you to a Stripe checkout page. Changing plan, updating a card, downloading an invoice or cancelling send you to Stripe's billing portal.

No card number passes through Kalepio and none is stored here. We know which plan you pay for; we do not know what you pay with.

Subscribing

Choose the plan and the period. You land on the checkout page, you pay, you come back, and your studio's limits are up to date immediately.

Changing plan

From the billing portal. The change applies straight away, and Stripe handles the proration.

You can move down as easily as up. Moving down deletes nothing: see below.

Your invoices

They are in the billing portal, downloadable. That is also where you update the address and the details printed on them.

Stopping

Cancel from the portal. The subscription runs to the end of what you have already paid for.

What happens next fits in one sentence: you keep everything. No member is removed, no permission rewritten, no order, no file and no client touched. Resubscribing puts the studio back with nothing to redo.

The only thing that changes, and only after a grace period, is that colleagues beyond what the plan allows can no longer open that studio. Never the owner, never their own account, never their other studios.

A note on the payment commission

The rate taken on online payments is frozen when the payment link is created. A link made while you were on Free keeps the Free rate, even if you subscribe the next day.

It cannot be corrected afterwards, and that is a technical limit rather than a choice. If you subscribe with payment requests outstanding, regenerate their links.

The price shown

It comes straight from Stripe. If a plan is shown without a figure, the connection did not answer; the page stays readable rather than going down with it.
