Your profile and preferences
Your name, your address, your studios, and what belongs to you rather than to the studio.

An account and a studio are two different things, and this page is about the account.
What is yours
Your name, your e-mail address, your password, your two-factor setup, your passkeys, your theme, your navigation and your workspace language.
All of it follows you into every studio you belong to. You can work in dark while your colleague is in light, in the same studio.
What belongs to the studio
The name, the public address, the colour, the logo, the services, the clients, the orders, the members, the subscription.
Those are shared by everybody working in it. Changing the studio's colour changes it for everybody, clients included.
Your name
Your colleagues see it inside the studio: it is what appears when an order is assigned to you, when you write in a conversation, or when you tick a payment off.
Your clients see the studio's name rather than yours.
Several studios
Nothing stops you having your own and being invited into somebody else's. The switcher at the top of the navigation moves between them, and your permissions can differ in each.
The address of the page you are on carries the current studio, which means a link sent to a colleague opens in the right place.
Deleting your account
At the bottom of Settings → My profile. It is permanent, nothing is recoverable, and your password is asked for to confirm. Your orders, your clients and your forms go with the account.
Not to be confused with the red zone in the studio's settings, which deletes a studio rather than your account.
If you own a studio, settle what happens to it first: hand it to an administrator or delete it. A studio whose owner has left is a studio nobody can manage the subscription of.
